Who we are
VideoMaker AI ("VideoMaker", "we", "us") is an AI video generation service operated by Yang Ningchuan, an individual seller. Our contact address for everything in these terms is support@videomaker-ai.com.
By creating an account, buying credits, or generating a video, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VideoMaker AI turns text prompts and still images into short videos, and offers fixed effect templates that turn one photo into a short clip. Generation runs on third-party AI models; we provide the quoting, credit accounting, storage and delivery around them.
Outputs are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to videos generated for other users. We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce a usable or original result.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use VideoMaker AI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity performed with your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.
Credits, prices and billing
We sell one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Current packs: 200 credits for USD 9.90, 500 credits for USD 21.90, and 1,400 credits for USD 59.90. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your purchase.
Every generation is quoted before you confirm. The quote depends on the workflow, resolution and duration. Credits are reserved when a job starts and settled only when the result is delivered; if a job fails or is rejected, the reservation is released.
Credits are a prepaid usage balance. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not currently expire. If we introduce an expiry policy, it will apply only to credits purchased after the new policy is published.
Payment processing and taxes
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record. Your payment-method statement, receipt and any applicable sales tax or VAT are handled by Waffo under its own terms.
You authorize the amount shown at checkout. Chargebacks or reversed payments may lead to suspension of your account and recovery of the credits granted by the reversed payment.
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable if you contact support@videomaker-ai.com within 7 days of purchase and the credits have not been spent. Credits already consumed by generation are not refundable.
Failed or rejected generations release their reserved credits automatically, so you are not charged for a video you did not receive.
Approved refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
Your inputs and outputs
You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload, and of the videos generated for you.
You give us a limited licence to store, process, transmit and deliver your inputs and outputs so that we can run the service. Uploaded images are held in private storage and deleted when a job reaches a final state; they are never used as public samples.
You confirm that you have all rights needed for what you upload, including permission from every identifiable person shown in an image. Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Videos generated for you may resemble videos generated for other users. We do not guarantee exclusivity.
Acceptable use
Your use of VideoMaker AI is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy at /aup, which forms part of these terms.
In particular, you must not use the service to create or distribute sexual or NSFW content, violent or graphic content, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, or content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.
We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend an account to enforce these rules.
AI-generated content and model disclosure
Videos produced by VideoMaker AI are AI-generated. Do not present them as real footage of real events or real people, and disclose their AI origin wherever the law or the platform you publish on requires it.
Video generation currently uses ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 model through a third-party API provider. We may change models, versions or providers; the model in use is listed on our About page and in the generation interface.
Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, models, effect templates or routes. Where a change materially affects credits you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice on this site or by email.
Generation depends on third-party providers. Outages, rate limits or provider rejections can delay or fail a job; failed jobs release their reserved credits.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not review every output before delivery. You are responsible for checking a video before you publish it or use it commercially, including for third-party rights and factual accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@videomaker-ai.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where the law allows, unused credits may be forfeited when an account is terminated for cause.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@videomaker-ai.com so that we can try to resolve the issue. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, that right is unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will publish the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
