Credits settle when a result is delivered. Failure releases the hold; no silent charge.

Do credits expire?
Not currently. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them. If we introduce an expiry policy, it will apply only to credits purchased afterwards.
What happens if a job fails?
The hold is released. You settle only when a result is delivered, not when you press Generate.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent are not refundable. Email support@videomaker-ai.com with your order ID.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits are one-time and shared across text, image and effects.
